Okay. I’ll bite. What does on the job mean in Blighty? For that matter, exactly where is Blighty? In the US, it is used by police officers to say that they are on duty. Check out the re-runs of NYPD Blue to hear it used so.

to be ‘on the job’ means to be undertakign the act of sexual congress - as in “I couldn’t answer the phone, I was on the job!”
‘Blighty’ is a nickname for the UK
